Happy Wednesday (woot woot!!). Today’s post is a repeat since I am swamped at work and starting to get geared up for vacation … leaving in a few days (yeaaah!). I have a design presentation today – for a master bedroom, home office, foyer, and living room; I had lots of last minute touch-ups but I am MEGA EXCITED how it turned out.
So, let’s reeeewwwind!
Featuring the apartment tour (pics here) of where hubby and I stayed last year while in Rome, Italy. And take a video tour below:

What an amazing place Ada. Do you often rent apartments when you go on holiday? We’ve never done it…maybe because we are never in one place long enough. Love the floors and the flood of natural light.
We rented last year for the first time …. AND LOVED IT … it’s like staying at a friend’s home. We wanted to get the feeling of living in Italy .. buying our own groceries, etc. We stayed about 7 days in Rome, then drove to Amalfi coast (there we stayed in a hotel … well, actually it was a castle) … with cave hallways … it was AMAZING!!!
Def try it, even if for a few days… you will LOVE having to take your ‘keys’ out to open ‘your apartment’
Thanks for showing your video. I hadn’t seen it before. That apartment was beautiful with all the light and gorgeous views. Did you use VRBO to find it?
VRBO what?
We simply did a google search (readings reviews). But hey I now have to check out VRBO. Have you used them before?
I’m just as curious as Lisa, how do you find a place like that. I’ve heard people talked about AirBnB, but I wonder if there are different sites for different parts of the world. Does Italy use VRBO?
Hi Jennifer, wow .. u and Lisa are opening my eyes to more travel rental sites (I love it!!! Thank u!). We simply did a google search + read reviews, then dove into the adventure of it all. We will def check AirBnB and VRBO next time!
