Happy Wednesday! How’s your week going? Ok, enough chit chat … DID YOU SEE THE AWESOME CHAIR I FOUND??? Spotted at an estate sale in Westchester County last weekend. It was in the garage (see pic above); when I walked in I think the clouds parted, sun gleamed in, birds started singing. I almost fainted when I saw the price, but managed to collect myself, turned to my husband and gave him THE LOOK. You know, the …. “OMG we haaaaave to buy this” look. So, did we buy the chair? And how much was it?
Of course we purchased it since it was only $40!!!!! Here I am below (see my HUGE smile!!!!) happily carrying my our chair.
Did I mention how soooo comfortable it is. Seriously, I am not going to reupholster it – I love the color, all the details, and it’s in great condition. I simply gave it a good “bath”. It was well taken care of in the home it came from, and we were ecstatic to give it a new home!

What a steal! I signed up for estate sales in my area after reading your prior post and have seen some great stuff online. I haven’t made it to one yet, but am looking forward to it. My biggest worry is that I’ll find cool pieces that I want to own, but that don’t fit in my condo. Maybe I’ll have rent a storage unit.

It’s was a cRaZy cool find! Hubby immediately turned the chair upside down and we saw that it was MADE IN ITALY! Wooohooo!
