Last week was a jam packed work week for me .. Mon + Tues was full of onsite ideas decorating consultations, Wed was my only day at the office (catching up with creating designs, invoicing, plus more), Thursday was the photoshoot of one of my completed apartment designs, and Friday I met one of my contractors for part 2 of an installation (with mosaic mirrors, picture wood ledges and more). So it is aaallllways wonderful to take a coffee break especially when you share that time with other creative entrepreneurs …. It was wondeful taking a coffee break recently and chatting with Grace, the owner of the adorable boutique Pink Olive, we had a great time chatting about being business owners, vintage decor, and weddings (she recently got married … congrats again Grace!!!). Grace’s boutique has sooo many adorably whimsical and creative items at the store, if you live in New York I highly recommend that you stop by. Here are some pictures I took for you:
Aren’t these angel wings below beautiful? Grace mentioned that many customers buy them for communions and weddings. A d o r a b l e, I am tempted to buy a few and attach them to my assistants’ office chairs because I call them my angels for all the wondeful work they help me with.
So, if you don’t have time during this holiday to travel to their 2 stores … no worries …. because you can buy online (yeah!!!). Check out their website. Grace has 2 stores located at: 439 East 9th Street, New York, NY 10009, tel: 212-780-0036 .. and in Brookyn 167 fifth ave, Park Slope, New York, tel: 718-398-2016.
