Today’s yummy picture treats are from my trip to Barcelona, Spain last year. I could had eating 101 of these sugar churros dipped in chocolate - – - – - ooh, sorry for the pause, I was drooling!
I wish I could have a sip of this vanilla drink right now (hot hot day!!):
A huge dish (tapa) seen EVERY WHERE in Barcelona are their dry-cured pork:
As a huge fan of olives, I was excited to see on the menu that one of their tapas consisted of olives; however, I was surprised to see that it ONLY consisted of olives (nothing else) … uumm, yum? Hubby had pitty on me and shared his yummy dish (which I didn’t take a photo of …. too busy eating before he changed his mind haha):
Crepes ….. need I saw more?
This was the FIRST ‘treat’ I ate when we arrived – cheesecake! I love how the photo shows the restaurants napkin’s engravement in Spanish:
‘Gracias por su visita’ … translates to Thank you for your visit.
I posted more pics on Facebook (to avoid this post being 20 pages/scrolls long). I’ll be in Manhattan today taking measurements and pictures of a new project (a 3 bedroom apartment to be decorated with cool economical solutions). Have you seen the apartment we rented in Barcelona? The post has pics I took of the apt.
For tomorrow’s Wednesday’s Wink, we show behind the scenes pics of me installing a decal in a kitchen (Brooklyn project) and closet door (Manhattan project). Have a beautiful day! And, as the napkin says ….Gracias por su visita!

Ahh, nom. One of my favourite parts about food in Spain were the olives. I love how they accompanied practically every meal
I am an olive fanatic … I even place them in my vanilla ice-cream (like I said, FANATIC!!!!)
