The definition of a blog can be an oxymoron: a public diary! Aran, a Basque expatriate, has created her blog Cannelle Et Vanille to share to the world her personal journal of recipes, travels and life stories. With her culinary expertise, she shows us how to put cherry tomatoes to great seasonal use!
Look how delicious that dish looks? And it’s gluten-free! Aran, who has genetic glucose sensitivity creates amazing gluten-free recipes for everyone to enjoy. Here, roasted cherry tomatoes with olive oil, thyme, chili flakes and sea salt. For the quinoa pasta, she tossed it in homemade pesto, toasted breadcrumbs with olive oil and garlic. Delish!!
Whether you try her sure-to-be delicious recipes or not, you cannot deny that her photography of her food is just as appetizing. She has a website with all her beautiful photography – check it out at www.arangoyoaga.com!
Always remember to live delicious within your home, heart, and tummy! Bon appetit!
