Tasty Tuesdays … { Mmm! Cheesy Bread }

Hey, who says salad is only placed on PLATES? .. not me …. I like mine occasionally on toasted bread! Have I told u that my hubby is the chef in our relationship, he made this delicious treat (and I grabbed my camera to capture the YUMMINESS for you). Drooling time ….

He added dressing on the toasted bread, tomatoes, shredded mozzarella cheese, and I can’t recall if the greens are cilantro or parsely. Do you know? I hope you have a TASTY Tuesday today (T.T.T.!!!), remembering to treat yourself with little breaks … and it doesn’t have to be a COMPLICATED meal to fill your heart and tummy with joy!

I’m off to work now ….  I have 2 CAD drawings to create today for our new clients. Evelisa (design assistant extraordinaire) and I took measurements last week of living room and dining room, now time to create the floorplan on the computer then start adding furniture. I had it on my today list yesterday, but office got soooo busy (placing orders for other clients), so I HAVE TO BARRICADE myself in the office today to start the drawings. Have a yummy day (TTT) !!!
