Let’s get some Asian themed lunching going on in here! My mother created some fresh spring rolls for dinner. Avocados, crabmeat, shrimp, cilantro, asian pears, bell peppers and sesame seeds all wrapped up in a thin wrapper . . . and topped with orange caviar. Talk about colorful and nutritious! All the colors remind me of summer, and the low calories makes it a perfect treat for bikini season.
