Monday’s Make-it … {musical resin candle holders}

Myra from My Blessed Life is someone whom most of us decorators can relate to: aiming to decorating with unique elements! Her blog offers great ideas for decorating on the dime, and I love her  DIY Resin Candle Holders that are just perfect for economically sprucing up your home with unique solutions!

Starting with a simple base, Myra measures her template…

Gathers her materials:

Looks complicated? Don’t worry, it’s really not! And look how great it looks:

Amazing. You can use these as candle holders or stunning coasters or key holders or … ok I can go on and on. Bottom line is that I love it especially the idea that you can add a paper that illuminates something that makes YOU smile … perhaps music notes, flowers, birds, sports, etc.

Truly an economical way to add a unique touch to your home. Head over to Myra’s My Blessed Life for her entire supplies list and details on how to make one of these your very own. Thank you so much, Myra, for showing us an great way to use resin in homemade decor!

    I think this is a great idea. This would be great for my home. My husband and myself love music. My husband sleeps, eats and lives music, I’m not that extreme but this would be great to use with my musical frogs that are on the wall. I know it sounds weird but they are super cute.
