I had another great onsite ideas design consultation yesterday for a client in Manhattan who has a 1 bedroom apt and was looking for a zen like (with Asian design elements) homey design – I helped choose wall paints colors, gave furniture placement ideas, artwork placement, and tons of more ideas. I could see how tense and overwhelmed she looked when I 1st met her and by the time the consult was over she looked relieved and super happy with the suggetions = when my clients are happy = I am happy (yaaaay!)! Do you believe our home can be as fashionable as our cloths? I do! Check out the splash(essssss) of color on the dresses by designer Charlie Jade and some home accessories I spotted (inspired by the mega varirty of colors on the dresses) for today’s find below.
I am currently obessed with racer-back dresses (like the dress on the left) + I looove skirts/dresses that pockets. I just purchased this dress this past weekend – yep, racerback and pockets (I fell in love with it so I ‘had’ to get it right??!!!)I also love pillows with pockets – like the cutie pie pillow I featured in this post here. Did you noticed that pillow (#5) has the same design as the bag (#7)? Ultra cool. Hmmm, is it too matchy, or just plain fun and unique! Everything u bring into your home is a decorative accent including your purses/bags, jewelry, books. They also give personality to a home .. makes it more ‘homey’. Have a GREAT weekend! Tomorrow’s post (our Saturday Color Story) will show some of my pics from the Polo match I went to last weekend. I hope u love it. {note: links below will either go straight to the item or the main website where you can type in the description to find the item}
